Delivery

All orders placed before 11am are processed and shipped the same day.

The shipping time may be extended due to the current health situation (covid-19) and during special operations.

The countries eligible for delivery are: Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, South Korea, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, United States, United Arab States, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and Thailand.

The delivery time depends on the type of delivery chosen.

• For Metropolitan France:
  • Standard: 2 to 3 working days from the moment the package is picked up by the carrier.
  • Prices: 8 euros for any order less than 49 euros.
    Free for any order greater than or equal to 49 euros.
• For European countries eligible for delivery:
  • Standard: 4 to 8 working days from the moment the package is picked up by the carrier.
  • Prices: 8 euros for any order less than 99 euros.
    Free for any order greater than or equal to 99 euros.
• For the United States:
  • Standard: 3 to 4 working days from the moment the package is picked up by the carrier.
  • Prices: 30EUR
• For other countries eligible for delivery:
  • Standard: 7 to 15 working days from the moment the package is picked up by the carrier.
  • Prices: 30 euros for any order less than 49 euros.
    
    

(Deadlines are for pick-up from Monday to Friday and for delivery from Monday to Friday, except public holidays).

An electronic message will be automatically sent to the Customer at the time of dispatch of the Products, provided that the electronic address appearing in the registration form is correct.

Items shipped outside of France may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor covered or reimbursed by SEQUOIA.

The item received does not suit you?
In accordance with the obligations provided for by law, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of delivery of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, upon request. 'except for return costs.

This right of withdrawal can be exercised for one (1) or more Products, provided that the returned Products have not been damaged and that they are returned in their original packaging, that they are complete and in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Reimbursement: the Customer will be reimbursed as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the date on which he exercised his right.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns can be made up to 14 days from the delivery date
