SEQUOIA is a leather goods brand. It offers handbags (tote bags, game bags, clutches, etc.) and small leather goods (wallets, purses, etc.) exclusively for women.

• Where are SEQUOIA bags made?

SEQUOIA manufactures some of its products in France and remains faithful and sensitive to the tradition of its leather craftsmanship, although it is increasingly rare. However, it has also opened up to manufacturing abroad for some of its models.

Our specifications as well as our quality control follow pre-established and strict standards without variation depending on their place of manufacture. With the same concern for fairness, we obviously use the same quality raw materials regardless of where our leather goods products are manufactured.

• If my SEQUOIA bag requires repair, what can I do?

SEQUOIA products are guaranteed for one year from their date of purchase. To claim this guarantee, we advise you to contact the retailer or store where this purchase was made. For an order from our online store, please contact customer service ( contact@sequoiaparis.com or 09 70 72 89 00).

• How many days can I receive a SEQUOIA bag ordered from the online store?

Depending on the delivery method chosen and the country of delivery, you will be delivered:

  • in 48h to 72h with Colissimo in France

  • 3 to 10 working days for international

Delivery times are for pick-up by the carrier from Monday to Friday and for delivery from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

• Can I return an item and get a refund or request an exchange? What are the steps to follow ?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reason or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. When the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

However, any returned product must not have been damaged, it must be complete and must be returned in its original packaging.

In the event of a reimbursement request, you will be reimbursed as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days following your complaint. This refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the product in question (bank transfer or PayPal) and will correspond to the total amount paid for the returned product, taxes and delivery charges included, with the exception the costs of returning the Product concerned, which will remain your responsibility.
